چکیده
Water pollution control and the development of clean technologies for water, air soil treatments comprise one most important challenges modern society. Ozone is known as a strong oxidizing agent that can be used water wastewater treatment. In this research, novel Ti/TiHx/SnO2-Sb2O5-NiO-CNT modified titanium electrode containing carbon nanotubes (CNT) was fabricated in-situ ozone generation. The characterized using SEM, XRD LSV techniques. CNT presence caused an increase in generation efficiency leading to higher concentrations dissolved compared recently reported researchers. at surface determined standard indigo method. Electrochemical further degradation C.I. Reactive red 195 (RR 195). It found could degrade 96% RR from initial concentration 300 mg∙L-1 30 min under current density 20 mA∙cm-2. COD removal also measured high 60 percent.

Biodegradation of textile azo-dyes byPhanerochaete chrysosporium.
Of 18 commercially used textile dyes, eight were degraded by the white rot fungus,Phanerochaete chrysosporium, by 40 to 73% based on decrease of colour. Both the lignin-degrading enzyme system ofP. chrysosporium and adsorption to its cell mass were involved in the degradation of the diazo dye, Reactofix Gold Yellow. Degradation was best achieved by adding the dye to the medium and then inoculat...
متن کاملBiodegradation of bioaccessible textile azo dyes by Phanerochaete chrysosporium.
Azo dyes are important chemical pollutants of industrial origin. Textile azo dyes with bioaccessible groups for lignin degrading fungi, such as 2-methoxyphenol (guaiacol) and 2,6-dimethoxyphenol (syringol), were synthesised using different aminobenzoic and aminosulphonic acids as diazo components. The inocula of the best biodegradation assays were obtained from a pre-growth medium (PAM), contai...

متن کاملEvaluation of the efficacy of a fungal consortium for degradation of azo dyes and simulated textile dye effluents
Azo dyes are widely prevalent environmental contaminants that are recalcitrant to biodegradation processes and have detrimental biological effects. Hence, exploring the novel microbial agents and to develop ecofriendly cost-effective process is pertinent for treatment of textile effluents. A fungal consortium comprising three strains Penicillium oxalicum SAR-3, Aspergillus niger SAR-6 and Asper...
